Squirrely’s Pumpkin Pie

A Fall favorite in Central Florida, a perfect dessert for Halloween and Thanksgiving.

  • 5 Eggs (Slightly Beaten)
  • 1- 29 ounce can of pumpkin
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tbs. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/3 cup of evaporated milk

Combine in order given: pour into unbaked pie shells; bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until you test it with a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.
